These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the freight and logistics services provided by SamTrans GmbH for the transport of goods from China to Europe, Russia, and Ukraine.
Our services include supplier sourcing and verification, order processing, payment settlement in CNY/USD, freight forwarding, customs clearance, packaging, and delivery coordination.
The specific scope of each engagement is agreed individually between SamTrans GmbH and the client before an order is placed.
All cost estimates and quotations are provided for guidance and are subject to final confirmation based on the requested scope, availability, shipping method, and route.
Prices are not binding until a written agreement or final quotation is accepted by the client.
The client agrees to provide accurate product, specification, and destination information, and to supply any documentation required for customs and import purposes.
Customs clearance is provided through our corporate structure. However, customs authorities may impose duties, taxes, restrictions, or delays that are outside our control.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
We accept both cash and electronic payments in euros. Payments to suppliers are settled in CNY and USD according to the agreed contract.
Both VAT and non-VAT transactions can be processed.
SamTrans GmbH processes orders in the name of the client and acts as its representative. Liability for goods and services is governed by the applicable agreements and statutory provisions.
